Having not very much to do this evening, I decided to actually fill out the Interests section of my LJ user info properly. It turns out I'm not interested in nearly as much as I could be, but it was amusing and it provided a neat way to surf around for journals that don't belong to friends-of-friends-of-friends (LJ seems like a very small world at times).

In other news, it was a pretty quiet day. No exciting out-of-town visitors. I had mixed feelings about taking the day off of work. Last Thursday and Friday, I felt like I was on a roll and getting stuff done and I was sure that 3 days off would kill my momentum. On the other hand, there will be a time in the not-too-distant future when I will be ready to kill for a 3-day weekend (or even a 2-day weekend), so it would be silly not to take full advantage of it now. I did spend some time at Diesel doing work-related stuff, and then I went home and did some major kitchen re-organization (the spoons and the plastic containers are no longer fighting it out for drawer space, it's a huge improvement). I made a mildly successful pasta experiment with spinach, tomato and red pepper for dinner and then Kelly was kind enough to play a few rounds of Boggle with me even though it's not exactly her favorite. I really miss playing Boggle, but the Diesel crowd appears to be over it and it's not like I've had free time on Tuesdays anyway. Tomorrow will be no exception, as I'm hoping to meet
