I'm experimenting with a new color scheme. I'm absolutely horrendous at this sort of thing, so let me know if you like it or hate it.

You're definitely not seeing what everyone else is seeing. Subject headers are white text on a purple background. Even with a 256-color monitor you should at least see a dark background and white text.

The culprit is Netscape 4.7. LiveJournal does the formatting with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Netscape 4.7 has atrocious CSS support, as does Internet Explorer 4. The current versions of Netscape and IE do a much better job with CSS.

now i'm feeling deeply insecure about my own color scheme. but i picked a pre-programmed one so hopefully it's legible.

if ayana weren't sick with a sinus headache, i would see if she has a different version of netscape on one of her computers. maybe tomorrow?
