Running for a cause
Despite not having run a 5K since 2003, I've decided to run the Vision 5K at the beginning of June. I'm running with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
bitty to raise money for the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, MA. Perkins serves people who are blind, deafblind, or living with multiple disabilities. Perkins was the first school for the blind in the US. Helen Keller studied there. They provide services to people in Massachusetts and around the world who have to overcome challenges that most of us can hardly imagine.
