I have moved. My new apartment has cable TV and Internet. Therefore I am posting to LJ and watching college basketball. I am not unpacking because I am sure that wherever I put anything it will turn out to be wrong as soon as Kelly gets here.
In other news, only one out of five phone jacks in the apartment is working, and only because the Verizon guy fixed it for me. Unfortunately, it's the one in the dining room where we have no place to put the phone. I suspect that there's some phone wiring in my not-too-distant future.
In other news, the cats hate moving. I had to lock them in the bathroom while the movers were emptying the house, and then I let them loose in the empty house when we were ready to leave. Maura was staring at me accusingly from the kitchen window, which is the only one she can see out of now that there's no furniture there. Kelly's gone to get them now and they'll get to check out the new place soon.
