New job good. Co-workers nice, technology cool. Hours likely to be long, but commute is blissfully short for the next 2-3 weeks. Girlfriend likely to be displeased with the new schedule but miraculously continues to put up with me.

Username on new office network not "blinker" for the first time since 1997. Very disconcerting.
