Mar. 11th, 2002 02:25 pmWe had gorgeous weather this weekend. On Saturday, my first bike ride of the year was cut short after several blocks when I attempted to use a gas station air pump to inflate my rear tire and succeeded in letting most of the air out of it. On Sunday, I stopped in at Wheelworks to pick up a new bike pump, so I now have lovely well-inflated tires again.
Contemplating a bike commute instead of the current bus/subway/walk ordeal, I asked the woman working at Techspace's front desk about where one can store a bicycle around here. The answer is "in your office", which would significantly inconvenience my co-workers, so I'm not sure that'll be happening, but I can at least bike down to Davis and catch the T from there. Of course, tomorrow's forecast says to expect snow, so maybe I'll wait until it's really spring.
