Back from Montreal. The weekend was very nice, much better than we were expecting after we started the drive up by spilling 2 cups of coffee in the front seat of my car.

We stopped at Dunkin Donuts right before we got on the highway. I must have had something pointy sitting in the cup-holder tray, because when I went to pick up my coffee I discovered that it was leaking all over the place. We cleaned it up and I got a second cup of coffee. Kelly said "I'll hold that for you" and I started driving. As I pulled onto 93, the cup slipped from her hand and spilled all over the floor of the car and her pants. I had to get off at the next exit and drive home so that she could change into clean pants. I didn't get any coffee until about halfway through New Hampshire.

They have coffee in NH?

Yes. But no food in Vermont or New Hampshire. We had to get off I-93 like four times before we could find an exit at which to get lunch on our way home. But at least there wasn't a snowstorm like the one we hit on the drive up.

That's why you buy food in Canada, where it's cheap, and just tell the nice gentlemen at Customs that it's your lunch. Which it is.

One does not go looking through NH for food.
