Signed my first autograph today*. Go me!

* Info about the book is on my homepage if you're curious.

OK, but I want to know how you signed it.

Also, aren't you giving signed copies out to your near relations? Or does it only count as an autograph if you don't know the person? (Incidentally, did you know the person?)

The person in question was my boss, who wanted the signatures of the 3 of us who'd contributed to it.
I used my real name and was unable to think of a flowery inscription.

I haven't obtained my own copy or seen any of my near relations since it was published, but I'll probably give my folks a copy when I go down to New York at the end of March.

Darn, no worshipful young (heh!) geek yet?

Now's the time to come up with something good!

Now, that I'll want to hear about.

The trip to New York is just my annual visit for Passover. It'll be fun. Visits to New York have improved tremendously since I got a car, because now I have the knowledge that I can leave any time I want rather than being at the mercy of bus or train schedules.
