It's that time of year again...

Pride week is apparently underway already. I'm even more ambivalent than usual this year. Anyone want to go to the dyke march on Friday and/or the party in JP afterwards with me and Alek? bitty? Unless it rains in Haverhill, Kelly's got a high school graduation to attend, so I'm free to cruise women on my own for the evening.

DC Pride is going on this week...and I think I'd be less inclined to go if I weren't going at least in part for work-related stuff. Course I do want to go to a drag show if there's one that I'm going to be home and not working for...but even that might end up being a staff outing type thing.

Pride is a whole week now? Yay!

Here in the UK, it appears to be Monarchy Pride weekend. People are out on the streets showing how proud they are to be unquestioning loyal subjects. *blech*

New York and Boston have done weeklong pride celebrations for as long as I can remember (since '94 for NY, '99 for Boston).

I'm only going to go out on Friday night if I can still manage to wake up at a reasonable hour on Saturday morning. I've been sleeping very fuzzily all week.
