National Coming Out Day

This whole National Coming Out Day is really hard when you have run out of people out to whom you can come. I may have come out to someone at work today, except I can't remember if I came out to him already.

Can one of you please tell someone that I'm gay? Thanks!

Done. I realized that the spouse probably had no idea that you were gay, so I told him. He said, "Does it matter?"

As one of my high school freshmen students might say, "I've been trying to tell you you're like sooo gay for years."

;-)

As it happens, you actually came up in conversation on my date tonight. When the topics of blog friends and Judaism intersected, I said, "Hey, there's this woman who grew up not far from me ... " and I fairly sure I mentioned that you were gay. Does that count?

I told my friend Ana. Just barely squeaked it in before midnight. ;-) hope that helps...

Geeze, who knew there were quotas? :-D

I ran out of people to tell around the time Newsweek hit the stands.

So I started on the whole coming-out-as-poly thing instead. I still have a few people to tell on that one :-)

I did end up telling my diversity club students about your posting, so I hit about a dozen people.
