For Bitty

Boggle word of the day: penile (everyone else found "penis" but missed that one)

Lesbian card

When I was in Boy Scouts, we had a totenship card (I think that's what it's called, although Google only turns up 2 hits for it). I can't remember if we had to do anything to get it, but it was what allowed us to use a pocketknife in Boy Scouts. If you were caught misusing your knife, you got a corner cut off of your totenship card. If you lost all of the corners, you weren't able to use a knife in Boy Scouts until you did something or other to make up for it.

Careful, [livejournal.com profile] slinkr, or you might lose a corner of your lesbian card.

It's almost a whack!

"totenship badge" is a whack

But if the dykes I know are any indication, the Girl Scouts really should start giving out lesbian badges.

Lesbian Merit Badge

Hm. I dropped girl scouts when I started junior high. Is that why I'm only bisexual?

No. Because I'm bisexual and I was a scout longer than you were.

But, I have a book on my shelf about lesbians and scouting.
